Domestic Students
For new domestic undergraduate students, a $300 deposit must be paid after you begin enrolling in courses.
A registration deposit is required only once, for the very first academic session in which you enrol in courses. Since the deposit is part of your tuition, it will not appear as a separate charge on your student account statement.
International Students
After accepting your offer, undergraduate international students are required to pay a $2000 non-refundable acceptance deposit. This non-refundable deposit is part of your tuition fee and will be credited to your student account.
Paying your deposit* is required in order to release your Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) and to access your course enrolment.
Whether or not you need a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) to apply for a study permit, the $2000 acceptance deposit is required from all undergraduate international students to maintain your offer.
International students who receive a study permit refusal can receive a full refund of their deposit.
*Note: Under the regulations of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, you are eligible for our domestic tuition rate if you are: a person who is officially recognized and documented by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to be a Protected Person or a Convention Refugee.
If you are a Protected Person or a Convention Refugee, the domestic deposit fee of $300 is required after you begin enrolling in courses.
