Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions are run by trained undergraduate students, known as PASS Leaders. These students have successfully taken the course before and will re-attend lectures to ensure they are in the loop with recent teachings. With peers as your session leaders, you can feel comfortable and build confidence while making connections.

There's a variety of benefits to these sessions, including:

  • student-friendly sessions adapted to each term of study;
  • dedicated study time;
  • grade improvements;
  • interactive learning style; and
  • comfortable small group settings.

In PASS sessions, you can work alongside peers and leaders to compare notes, practice problem solving and develop your learning and study strategies ahead of exams.

Sessions are held weekly and offered in-person and/or online. Please refer to the Find Your Sessions section of this page for details related to your campus/Faculty.
